Bill Cullerton
Don Barry
Don has been a successful President/CEO of four companies owned by Private Equity funds. He has also led multiple mergers and acquisitions. Two distinct phases frame Don’s background: Consumer Products and Automotive. His early career was at SC Johnson and 3M, where he was last in charge of 3M’s Consumer Group Europe based in Paris. Later Don led 4 Automotive-related companies most recently as President and CEO of Edelbrock Group. Don also has deep eCom experience, having led many DTC & B2B web commercialization efforts.
Don is an avid outdoorsman and owns a sustainable outdoor business in Baja, Mexico.
Bill owned the prominent Cullerton Company Rep Agency representing famous brands such as Rapala, Remington, Plano, Zebco and Coleman. Later, Bill led the roll up of The Cotee Lure company which merged that into First Cast which later purchased the Bagley Bait Company. Bill is now Vice President of Real Avid, a fast-growing brand in the hunting space. Bill has deep experience with Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s, Academy Stores, Dicks Sporting Goods, Canadian Tire and Amazon. Bill is the past president of The Tackle and Shooting Sports Association and currently serves on The Board of Directors with the Illinois Conservation Foundation (ICF). The ICF runs youth educational programs that teach thousands of kids annually about hunting, fishing, camping, conservation, and sustainable living projects. Bill is an avid outdoorsman who has fished and camped in Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina, Mexico, Canada, New Zealand and throughout the United States. One of the highlights of his fishing career was when he managed a sport fishing camp, called Parismina Tarpon Rancho located on the east coast of Costa Rica.

For nearly 20 years, Greg has a proven track-record as an industry thought-leader, strategist, innovator, marketer, product / packaging developer, digital, social, e-commerce platform expert & analytical creative professional that has successfully partnered with the biggest global retailers & outdoor brands. He has also developed significant program & product partnerships with the RBFF (Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation), FIFA - World Cup, Hasbro - GI Joe), AZA (Association of Zoos & Aquariums), Fox Studios - Simpson’s, NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL & NCAA, Disney – Star Wars, American Hiking Society, and Discovery Channel. Scout “Order of The Arrow” Recipient”, Life-long Outdoor Adventure Participant, Supporter & Conservationist.
Drew Kelly
Drew co-founded J.F.Griffn, innovating the area of state fishing & hunting regulations across the country. across the country. While at J.F. Griffin, Drew developed the largest FB audiences of campers & hunters in the US. Drew has worked with the leading brands in the camping, hunting, and fishing industries. Prior to J.F. Griffen, Drew spent time at Villaghe Ventures, and early stage VC Fund, Tripd.com, a top 10 visited web site as well as Cognex Corp and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. Drew brings broad experience in start-up companies and consumer digitial/social media. Drew lives in Williamstown, Ma with his wife & daughter. He is board president at Hiland Hall School, an independent school in North Bennington Vermont.
